AWESOME what kind did you get?

A Wacom Bamboo Pen, my criteria being good and affordable. It seems to have gotten mostly positive feedback from other biyers, so I decided to go for it and buy one :D

The heck do you do to your tablets?  I’ve had my Intuos 3 for probably close to 10 years and the only issue with it is that one of the quick buttons sticks sometimes (fixed by hitting the button again).  I think I’m still even on the original nib, but I should swap that out because it’s all slanty from use.

If the stylus breaks down like that it looks like they sell replacements for $30.  If you find you’re running through the Bamboo styluses super quick, you should instead get an intuos so you can replace the pen parts.  If you let the tablet itself get destroyed somehow, stop that and treat the Wacom like your expensive baby/pet/whatever.

So I was all HEY, Mom is showing up tomorrow!  I will make cookies for her because I can make them and things! And then this happened. They taste okay, I guess.  But for now the rest of the dough is going in the fridge so I can try to see if it works better/is fixable tomorrow. <.<  I want pretty cookies, not mutant wrinkled pancookies. This is one of them, a cane variety known as &#8220;looking glass.&#8221; The other one I have is a rex begonia &#8220;starry night.&#8221; The reason I got these particular begonias? They are freaking shiny. Like literally. Silver. I had a looking glass one as a kid, but I totally didn&#8217;t remember the texture, so I had to take a macro shot of one leaf just to show it. Today is officially Bugday.  At California Blvd & Fair Oaks there was a swarm of bees.  I drove through it.  But that was when I noticed the moth.  It’s a fairly good sized moth, pretty, and obviously very good at holding on to things.  Said moth was just chilling by the mirror and stayed there from beeswarm to Target to Fresh & Easy to home.

The parking ticket guy at Fresh & Easy was amused by the errandmoth as well.  Thankfully said moth did not attempt to enter the vehicle at any point, and it’s theoretically still sitting on my car in the garage now.  Hopefully it’ll find its way out this evening without issue.

Edit: It’s apparently a white-lined sphinx moth!
